MEMORY

This project is focused on memory, covering themes of nostalgia, obscurity and forgetfulness. Inspired by my Grandfather’s struggle with dementia, this is both a personal and scientifically influenced project, with the aim of visually representing memory and the ambiguity of it.

The series consists of singular images, diptychs and an animation, where connection is at the core, whether it be with the past and present or the ways memories are formed. Everything is connected in one way or another, and this project aims to highlight the cyclical nature of connection within memory.
